A stunning composition of aromas and flavors. Aromatics of fresh-cut grass and clean mineraliy, fantastic acidity. Hints of medium toasted oak. flavors of lychee, gooseberry and apricot delight on the palate.

Particularly stunning in the glass. The salmon color heralds the strawberry and cotton candy aromatics to be savored like the first day of spring.
Lively candied cranberry aromatics are clearly perceptible in the nose, while sweet vanilla can also be distinguished and remains in the palate. Luscious fruit flavors and rich spice balance this wine’s bright acidity.
Red plum, spice cake and flower petals make for a light, elegant nose in this blend. The palate shows tart cranberry, rosewater and sumac flavors, with the slightest hint of game, framed by rather light tannins.
Very limited quantities! While this obscure varietal has been relegated to being predominately a blending grape in its native France, here at Hearst Ranch Winery, we are ready to expose its potential to command a dominant role in our new blend: Pancho.

An elegant expression of this varietal. Vibrant with aromatics that are domianted by cherry kirsch and raspberries, with underpinnins of vanilla and violet.
