A party to celebrate the release of our new Malbec, Tempranillo, and Rosé, and the new 2009 vintages of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Join us at the historic Park Ballroom in Downtown Paso Robles for our casual evening of Tasting, Tapas & Entertainment with Hearst Ranch Winery partners Steve Hearst and Jim Saunders, and Chef Maegen Loring of The Neon Carrot, to be the very first to experience the new releases alongside delicious tapas prepared with Hearst Ranch Beef and Pork.

With the "Legacy of Quality" that is the Hearst tradition, this intimate evening of teasers and tastings is "THE RELEASE PARTY" for these stellar vintages making their debut; 2009 "Bunkhouse" Cabernet Sauvignon, 2009 "Glacier Ridge" Chardonnay, 2009 "Babicora" Malbec, and 2009 "Chileano" Tempranillo. Also making an appearance is the limited release of 2010 "Solace" a Tempranillo Rosé (which benefits the Hearst Cancer Resource Center located in San Luis Obispo, California).

The party wouldn’t be complete without music! Julie & the BadDogs, a band best described as "good music", will be performing their eclectic "Blues-Rock-Country (and then some)" styling’s. A cover band they're not, you'll enjoy the songs you know and love, but with their spontaneous and unique take on it.

While over 90 wineries will be in the City Park on Saturday, May 21 for the 29th Annual Paso Robles Wine Festival, don’t miss the opportunity to visit the tasting room throughout the weekend. Hearst Ranch Winery at Sebastian’s General Store in San Simeon is open 11am – 5pm and is located beneath the majestic Hearst Castle.
