59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Petite Sirah, 5% Petit Verdot, 4% Merlot
Our 2011 Randolph is driven blackberry and blueberry aromas with subtleties of baking spice and savory notes. The flavor profile begins with blanaced dark fruit, hints of oak, and moderate grip. The lengthy mid-palate and finish are dominated by Morrell cherry and bakers chocolate. In addition, a woody tannic note, with ample support from the fruit sturctures the finish allowing the 2011 Randolph to be a lovely companion to a wide variety of cuisine.
