Vanilla Bean Balsamic Vinegar


In keeping with our commitment to A Legacy of Quality™, we are pleased to bring you our Vanilla Bean Balsamic Vinegar. Our Vanilla Bean Balsamic Vinegar starts with whole vanilla beans, they are placed in small vats with California balsamic vinegar and the "mother" to go through a second fermentation process taking several months. This process enhances and locks in the creamy vanilla flavor giving the balsamic a rich smooth finish. For a simple salad dressing mix it with our Mandarin Olive Oil and use over greens and fruit. Drizzle on mild meats, fish, and vegetables, use as a reduction on ice cream and desserts.
