Tasting Notes

Our Cabernet Sauvignon, boasts aromas of black fruits, cola, spicy French oak, and vanilla. “Bunkhouse” is layered with blackberry flavors, notes of blueberry reduction, chewy tannin, and cassis. The finish is laden with creamy cherry and cinnamon flavors surrounded by fading French oak tannins with an underlying rocky minerality that only the finest Paso Robles’ vineyards are known for.

The “Bunkhouse” will liven your palate when served with Beef Bourguignonne, hearty pastas or Hearst Ranch Tri-tip. In addition, our Cabernet Sauvignon will work great with soft ripened blue cheese such as Cambazola or Valdeon.
