The aromatics of our 2008 Three Sisters Cuvee are driven by strawberry with background subtleties of marzipan, cherry, toffee, pink pepper, and sweet anise. Upfront, the flavor profile begins with cherry, vanilla, and candy-esque flavors supported by a refreshing front-end acidity. The mid-palate is driven by round tannin transitioning to a finish dominated by crème brule, mocha, and caramel.
