Tasting Notes

Our 2007 “Enchantment” was designed for you sweet tooths out there. To set it off, “Enchantment” brings aromas of plum, cherry, cigar tobacco, maple sugar, and caramel. The front end is dominated by raspberry, maple syrup, and leather flavors. This fades into a beautiful finish laden with sugary tannins, raspberry and dill.

Our late-harvest Zinfandel pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate and a nice cigar. However, if one is not in the mood for chocolate, pairing our Zinfandel with a 2 to 3 year old Boerenkaas Gouda makes a lovely first course.
